Wahid Muzhda, a Taliban official later killed by an unknown man, told in a radio interview that he was sitting at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Taliban with another Taliban official two days before the 9/11 attacks when two Arab men connected with Al-Qaeda entered the room. They told the Taliban official that he would hear good news. In that interview, Muzhda concluded that the two Arabs might have meant the 9/11 attacks.
I heard Muzhda in a Radio interview; I am unsure if he has written it somewhere, though he was a prolific writer.
